We’re pleased to once again offer an element of Irish dance! This will be an evening class each day (except Saturday) with the return of husband and wife team, Brian & Mary Lanni! Portal students and local residents will both be welcome at the class.
The music and the dance are intimately related to each other, and even if you’re not a good dancer, dancing can help you learn more about the music! Mary is also a musician, and a great example of how understanding the dance can help with understanding the music!
Both Brian and Mary have danced since the 90’s, during which time they have both competed, taught and toured professionally with Celtic Legends and Celtic Fire. Both have been certified to teach Irish dance (TCRG) and love teaching Irish dance to students of all ages!
