We’re getting excited for Portal Irish Music Week 2026, coming up September 17-21, 2026!
Registration is handled by Susan, Portal’s Camp Director. Starting on Sunday, March 1, you can reach out to Susan at portalirishmusicweek@gmail.com to register for your classes. Since there are two class periods each day, you can take either one or two classes (assuming that they aren’t during the same class period), so check the Schedule first!
Once you have been confirmed by Susan, then all of the accommodations are coordinated by Catherine at the Black Range Lodge. There are lodge rooms, rooms elsewhere in town, and camping, all of which are booked through Catherine. cat@blackrangelodge.com
If you missed the announcement last month, we’re also excited to welcome a new Accompaniment instructor to this year’s camp, as the fantastic bouzouki/guitar player, Marty Smith, has joined our staff!
Keep in mind that some of the classes fill up rather quickly, so mark your calendars for March 1, and we hope to see you all in September!
Sincerely,
Susan, Pete, and the entire 2026 staff!
